FIRE LITIGATION

In addition to handling insurance coverage issues related to small and large fire losses, Larzelere Picou Wells Simpson Lonero, LLC offers the capability of a team approach to fire investigation and litigation. We maintain a network of “origin and cause” fire investigators, chemists, engineers of various disciplines, and forensic accountants who are available to respond to a complex fire scene even before the fire is fully extinguished. Our experience has shown the importance of early, on-site intervention and investigation in the appropriate circumstances in order to avoid destruction or alteration of important evidence necessary for evaluation of coverage and to collect evidence for use in the event of a subrogation action. We have investigated and litigated fire cases throughout the United States.
